Verpakkingsontwikkeling voor commerciële productie

Ecobliss doet zowel het primaire als het secundaire verpakken voor de farmacie, tot op commercieel volume. Aan de secundaire kant leveren wij al sinds 1996 cold seal wallets en kindveilige Locked4Kids aan de farmaceutische industrie. Beide platformen zijn ontworpen om vlot te verwerken. Een ontwerp dat zich in de vroege fasen heeft bewezen, schaalt zo zonder herontwerp door naar volledige commerciële volumes.

Wallet packaging

Cold seal wallets bring several advantages at once. The cold seal process protects the product from heat exposure during packaging. The primary pack separates cleanly from the wallet, which keeps waste recyclable. And the wallet itself carries patient information right next to the medication, which supports correct use and better adherence, so it adds real value for the patient.

It is also built for throughput. Because the Ecobliss cold seal wallet seals on pressure alone, there are no heat parameters to retune at every machine startup, which keeps high-output lines running steadily.

Locked4Kids

Locked4Kids is the child-resistant, senior-friendly packaging platform developed by Ecobliss. Its design lets us tailor each pack to your product without forcing a new certification test every time, and it handles a wide range of dosage forms.

For blister packs it is rare in the child-resistant market: a single pack can hold anywhere from one blister to dozens. Locked4Kids runs on standard cartoning machines with little to no effect on production output, and it is used successfully by companies across the US, Europe and Asia, certified to the highest standards in both regions.

Contractverpakken voor commerciële volumes

Ecobliss verzorgt GMP-contractverpakken, primair én secundair. Bij het primaire contractverpakken vormen, vullen en sluiten wij de blister, met serialisatie waar dat nodig is. Voor de secundaire verpakking draaien wij cold seal wallets en het volledige assortiment Locked4Kids-varianten. Ons machinepark loopt van zeer kleine batches tot middelgrote en grote runs, ondersteund door drie verpakkingsruimtes en ruime magazijncapaciteit. Zo blijft dezelfde partner bij het product over de hele volumecurve.
