Ecobliss dekker både primær og sekundær farmasøytisk emballasje i kommersielt volum. På sekundærsiden har vi levert cold seal-wallets og barnesikre Locked4Kids til legemiddelindustrien siden 1996. Begge plattformene er konstruert for effektiv prosesserbarhet, slik at designet som beviste seg i tidlige faser, skalerer knirkefritt til fulle kommersielle volumer uten å måtte finnes opp på nytt.

Wallet packaging

Cold seal wallets bring several advantages at once. The cold seal process protects the product from heat exposure during packaging. The primary pack separates cleanly from the wallet, which keeps waste recyclable. And the wallet itself carries patient information right next to the medication, which supports correct use and better adherence, so it adds real value for the patient.

It is also built for throughput. Because the Ecobliss cold seal wallet seals on pressure alone, there are no heat parameters to retune at every machine startup, which keeps high-output lines running steadily.

Locked4Kids

Locked4Kids is the child-resistant, senior-friendly packaging platform developed by Ecobliss. Its design lets us tailor each pack to your product without forcing a new certification test every time, and it handles a wide range of dosage forms.

For blister packs it is rare in the child-resistant market: a single pack can hold anywhere from one blister to dozens. Locked4Kids runs on standard cartoning machines with little to no effect on production output, and it is used successfully by companies across the US, Europe and Asia, certified to the highest standards in both regions.

Kontraktpakking for kommersielle volumer

Ecobliss tilbyr GMP-kontraktpakking for både primær og sekundær farmasøytisk emballasje. Primær kontraktpakking omfatter blisterforming, fylling og forsegling av lidding, med serialisering der det kreves. For sekundæremballasje kjører vi cold seal-wallets og hele spekteret av Locked4Kids-varianter. Maskinparken vår spenner fra svært små batcher til mellomstore og store serier, støttet av tre pakkeområder og rikelig lagerkapasitet, slik at den samme partneren følger produktet gjennom hele volumkurven.
