Articolo 1 Definizione

Ecobliss considera molto importante la protezione dei vostri dati personali. Trattiamo i vostri dati personali I in conformità alle normative vigenti in materia di protezione dei dati, compreso il Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (Regolamento (UE) 2016/679, di seguito denominato "GDPR").

Nella presente Informativa sulla privacy spieghiamo, tra l'altro, quali dati personali raccogliamo, per quali scopi e sulla base di quali principi li raccogliamo.

Articolo 2 Politica di minimizzazione dei dati

Facciamo tutto il possibile per salvaguardare la vostra privacy e pertanto trattiamo i dati personali con la massima attenzione. Ecobliss rispetterà in ogni caso la legislazione e i regolamenti applicabili, compreso il Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati. In ogni caso, ciò implica che:

• Execution/completion of an agreed order.
• Processing orders from the web shop, to optimize the digitaI shopping experience and to inform you about special offers and discounts.

Articolo 4 Base per la raccolta dei dati personali

1. Dealing with requests or applications made to Ecobliss by means of a contact form and/or e-mail. For the above-mentioned purposes, Ecobliss asks for the following personal data: Na me (complete); Function; Company name; (Business) E-mail address (Business); Phone number; Delivery address; Order-related information (quantity and item number).
2. Personal data of prospects, stakeholders and/or interested persons will be processed by Ecobliss for the following purpose(s): Provision of information in the form of mailing and/or targeted contacts, in order to achieve cooperation.
3. The basis of consent is also met through verbal agreement, issuing a business card and through linking through social media.
4. Ecobliss does not store personal data for longer than is necessary and required by law for the duration of the agreement.

1. We may transfer the information you provide to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. For example, we use a third party to take care of the financial and personnel administration; the transport of the order(s); and the optimisation of the quality management system and the automation system;

Articolo 7 Dati online

1. We use Google Analytics to collect visitor information. This means that we gain insight into all visitors to our website. We use this tool internally to check the performance of certain actions and when peak moments occur, e.g. of orders.
2. We have rendered all IP addresses that we collect anonymous by means of Google Analytics. This means that we do not forward your full IP address to Google Analytics. 3. Our hosting party records (limited) IP addresses of visitors. These IP addresses are not directly accessible through a website. Our hosting party does this in a security context. In the event of an attack, it is essential for our hosting party to be a bie to trace the" perpetrator". This can only be done on the basis of an IP address.
4. We only use functional cookies. These permission-free cookies are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. You can unsubscribe from cookies by setting your internet browser in such a way that it no langer stores cookies. Articolo 8 Perdite di dati

Si parla di violazione dei dati quando i dati personali cadono nelle mani di terzi a cui non è consentito l'accesso. Le fughe di dati vengono segnalate internamente alla direzione, che agisce in qualità di responsabile del trattamento. La direzione deve verificare se la violazione possa rappresentare un rischio per i diritti degli interessati. Qualora sussista un rischio di violazione dei diritti degli interessati, la fuga di dati verrà segnalata all'APD senza ingiustificato ritardo, entro 72 ore dalla conoscenza della violazione.

Articolo 9 Diritti delle persone interessate

Ecobliss rispetta tutti i diritti e gli obblighi delle parti interessate, come previsto dal GDPR UE (artt. 15-17). Per esercitare i propri diritti, l'interessato può presentare una richiesta scritta. Ecobliss ha quattro settimane di tempo dal ricevimento della richiesta per valutarne la fondatezza. È possibile opporsi alla decisione tramite Ecobliss o presentare un reclamo all'Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (APD).
