The integral approach of Ecobliss

Development
All packaging development consists of a number of basic steps: analysis, design and testing. Ecobliss works with you to understand your business and to analyze all requirements. Typical aspects taken into consideration are sustainability, cost, marketing and communication space, attractiveness, theft resistance, tamper evidence, shelf-space and un-pack experience.
The next step is to develop a comprehensive packaging solution, also taking into consideration all aspects of the production process of the packaging components. Once the solution is designed and approved by the customer, we continue into making actual prototypes for evaluation against the initial set of requirements. If needed we make adjustments and repeat this process, until there are prototypes that the customer is happy to approve.

Realisation
After completion of the development process, the preparations for actual production begin. This involves activities around the placing of your artwork on the packaging components and making match proofs, sourcing of raw materials and realizing any tooling that is required for the manufacturing of the packaging components. Also, any required machines and tooling for the actual packaging assembly and sealing will be manufactured.
Once all preparations are completed and necessary approvals are in place, the actual manufacturing of the wallets and cartons begins.

Implementation
With packaging components and packaging machine in place, the actual assembly and sealing of your products in the packages can take place. You can do this in house, or let Ecobliss take it on as your GMP-licensed contract packer for human and veterinary medicines, including controlled substances. Either way we streamline the process, with on-site assistance and advice or full contract packaging under one roof, so your packaging is done efficiently and to GMP standard.
Ecobliss is the smart source of knowledge, expertise and components for pharmaceutical packaging. Primary and secondary, from development to delivery: one partner, one process.
