What will you be doing?

Your job title is Commercial Support Officer (Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst), but make no mistake: this is not a cold-calling or telesales role. You are the Order Manager. Once the deal is closed, you take the baton. You are the director who ensures the customer gets exactly what was promised.

You will work at the heart of our operation in our open-plan office. You will liaise with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality Assurance (QA). You ensure that everything in our ERP system (SAP) is correct, from order confirmation to invoicing.

• Order Management: You manage the entire process from order request to delivery.
• Logistics Puzzle: You arrange transport, manage stock, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordination: Is there a quality issue? You consult with QA. An urgent matter? You coordinate with Planning.
• Administration: You ensure watertight administration in SAP and draft logistics documents.

Who are you?

You are someone who remains calm when three things happen at once. You have a heart for logistics and understand that an order is only 'finished' when the customer is satisfied and the invoice has been sent. You live in the Central Limburg region (Echt, Roermond, Sittard, etc.).

• Education & Experience: You have a higher vocational (MBO+) or Bachelor’s (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics or Commercial Economics. You already have a few years of experience in an order management or logistics role.
• Systems: Experience with SAP is a major plus (or you pick up new software very quickly).
• Languages: You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Do you also speak a bit of German? That gives you a distinct advantage.
• Character: You are proactive, accurate, and above all: a pleasant colleague who fits into a close-knit team.

• Salary: A very competitive salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month (depending on experience).
