Fragmented vendors slow your line down before it runs

Most pharma teams have to stitch their packaging line together from incompatible suppliers. The machine builder does not understand your wallet geometry, the component supplier has never seen the tooling, and the integrator inherits every gap between them. Qualification slips, change controls pile up, and the line that looked fast on paper runs at a fraction of its rated output.

When you scale from clinical to commercial, or switch from heat seal to cold seal, the whole chain opens up again. Ecobliss closes that gap. As the parent of Blistermachines.com and a GMP-licensed contract packer, we design the components, build the tooling, configure the machine and integrate it in your line, so the handover points disappear.

Full portfolio: manual shuttle to 16-station inline, heat or cold seal

Our packaging equipment portfolio covers every volume tier and both sealing technologies. Manual shuttle presses in the SB/PH1 range (1012, 1418, 1824, 2436) and the EJR-PH1-350/500 tabletop serve clinical trials, low-volume batches and lab environments. Semi-automatic rotary systems ERB/PH4 and ERB/PH6 fit mid-volume production, while the fully automatic FAB/PH4, FAB/PH6 and FAB/PH8 rotary machines handle commercial scale. For high-throughput continuous production, the CBS/PH30 inline series is available in 12, 14 and 16 station configurations, and the BSC14 carousel platform (1418 and 1824) rounds out the line-up.

Every tier has a cold seal variant marked -CS, so you can match the sealing technology to the product without changing platform. On top of the machine, we integrate printing, scanning and vision systems, design the blisters, wallets, cards and cartons that run on it, and manufacture them in-house.

Machine, tooling, wallet, one team

Buying a machine is only the first decision. The tooling that defines your cavity, the wallet geometry that defines your patient experience and the process integration that defines your line speed all sit downstream of that first choice. Our in-house design team develops the tooling and wallet geometry in parallel with the machine configuration, so the format parts arrive matched to the product and the component.

Lifecycle support covers on-site assistance during installation, operator familiarisation and ongoing process optimisation as your product mix evolves. When you need an additional format, a new cavity or a conversion from heat seal to cold seal, the same team that built the original configuration handles the change, with full knowledge of your existing set-up.

Clinical to commercial on one continuous platform

Clinical and commercial packaging rarely share the same constraints, but they should share the same platform. Starting a programme on an SB/PH1 shuttle or an EJR tabletop lets you qualify the wallet and the component on the exact geometry that will later run on an ERB, FAB or CBS line. The tooling logic, the cold seal adhesive system and the component specification carry over, so the tech transfer from clinical to commercial is a configuration step rather than a redesign.

This is the Smart Source principle we apply across every programme: development, realization, implementation, on one continuous platform, with one accountable partner for the machine and the components.

What to expect on a packaging equipment engagement

Step 1. Scoping and machine selection

We map your volumes, formats, sealing technology and line constraints, then recommend the machine tier that fits today and scales tomorrow, from manual shuttle to 16-station inline.

Step 2. Configuration and tooling design

Our in-house team configures the machine with the right printing, scanning and vision integration, and designs the tooling and wallet geometry in parallel so the format parts match the component.

Step 3. Component manufacture

We manufacture the blisters, wallets, cards and cartons that run on the machine, using cold seal wallets with water-based solvent-free adhesive where energy and heat-sensitive actives demand it.

Step 4. Integration and lifecycle support

We integrate the equipment in your line, provide on-site assistance and support the platform across its lifecycle, including format changes, cold seal conversions and capacity expansions.

One platform, from clinical qualification to commercial scale

Tell us about your product, your volumes and your sealing technology. We propose the machine tier, the tooling and the components that fit, and walk you through the path from clinical qualification to commercial scale on one continuous platform. Call plus 31 475 390 550 or plan a scoping call.

Packaging equipment questions answered

Which machine tiers does Ecobliss offer through Blistermachines.com?

The portfolio covers manual shuttle (SB/PH1 1012, 1418, 1824, 2436), manual tabletop (EJR-PH1-350/500), semi-automatic rotary (ERB/PH4, ERB/PH6), fully automatic rotary (FAB/PH4, FAB/PH6, FAB/PH8), 14-station carousel (BSC14-1418, BSC14-1824) and automatic inline (CBS/PH30 in 12, 14 and 16 station configurations). Retail variants are available across the range.

Can every machine run cold seal, or only specific models?

Every tier has a cold seal variant marked -CS, from manual shuttle and tabletop through semi-automatic, fully automatic rotary, carousel and inline. Standard machines run heat seal; the cold seal variant is an explicit configuration.

Do you design and manufacture the components that run on the machine?

Yes. Ecobliss Pharmaceutical Packaging is a GMP-licensed contract packer with an in-house design team that develops tooling, wallet geometry, blisters, cards and cartons. We manufacture these components in Echt, the Netherlands, so the machine and the component come from the same source.

What integrations are supported on the automatic machines?

We integrate printing, scanning and vision systems as part of the machine configuration, and we handle process integration of the equipment into your existing or new packaging line.

Do you support medical and retail applications as well as pharma?

Yes. The portfolio serves pharma, medical (including Tyvek and medical-grade paper lidding) and retail packaging, with fold-over card and wallet designs available across the range.

What lifecycle support do you provide after installation?

Lifecycle support covers on-site assistance during installation, operator familiarisation, process optimisation and ongoing changes such as new formats, additional cavities or conversions from heat seal to cold seal.

Where is Ecobliss based and what are your certifications?

Ecobliss operates from Echt, the Netherlands, with 40 specialists. We are a GMP-licensed contract packer and FSC C194323 certified, and the machine platform carries 30 years of Starview development heritage.
